How it works

From final PDF to durable certificate

Hashed.ink is designed around one principle: both parties attest to the same document hash. Here is the full path from upload to verification.

  1. 01

    Create the agreement

    Start from a crypto template or upload your own final PDF. Hashed.ink hashes the file so both parties attest to the exact same version — not a later edit.

    You remain the initiator: set the title, invite email, and any optional escrow preference before sending.

  2. 02

    Invite the counterparty

    Send a secure invite to the other party’s email. They create or log into an account with that invited address and open the shared agreement.

    The invite is tied to the document hash, so the counterparty reviews the same file you uploaded.

  3. 03

    Review, attach, and attest

    Each party reviews the PDF, optionally connects a wallet or other identity, then signs with typed and drawn attestation.

    Attestation records who signed, when, and which document hash — clarity for crypto deals, not a substitute for legal advice.

  4. 04

    Certificate, escrow, and verify

    Once both parties attest, download the dual-party certificate. Optionally open Polygon USDC escrow, or verify the certificate later from your workspace.

    Funds stay non-custodial. Hashed.ink never holds your keys or USDC.

Identity snapshots

Optionally attach Telegram, X, an Ethereum wallet, or company profiles so the certificate reflects how each party presented themselves at signing time.

Timestamps

Commit a document hash and store a certificate you can verify later. Agreement PDFs stay encrypted for shared review.

Optional USDC escrow

After both parties attest, open non-custodial escrow with mutual release, refund, timelock, and dispute controls when the deal requires funds held on-chain.
